FORT COLLINS (CO) – The second phase of construction at The Cottages of Fort Collins has completed early, allowing residents to move-in ahead of schedule. CBI Construction Services delivered the 889-bed community in August 2018.
Originally scheduled for completion in late 2018, the second phase of construction at The Cottages of Fort Collins was completed several months early. This allowed for sooner than expected move-in dates in January, May, June, July, and August 2018.
