Originally scheduled for completion in late 2018, the second phase of construction at The Cottages of Fort Collins was completed several months early. This allowed for sooner than expected move-in dates in January, May, June, July, and August 2018.

The property has been well-received by residents and is already experiencing lease renewals for 2019. “The Cottages of Fort Collins is by far the best place I’ve ever lived! I highly recommend this place to all college students looking for residency! From the beautiful cottages to the amenities …it is all around the most amazing college experience that Fort Collins has to offer! ” – Cassidy, Cottages Resident

The Cottages of Fort Collins provides luxury apartment to students of Colorado State University. The community consists of four and five-bedroom furnished townhouses and cottages. Residents enjoy private bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, full-size kitchens with stainless steel appliances, as well as a full-size washer and dryer in the laundry room.

Outdoor amenities include a resort-style pool with loungers and heated spas, grilling stations, and fire pits. In addition, residents can enjoy the sand volleyball pit or relax in the hammock lounge.
